石材加工廠生產管理問題的探討

摘要

台灣地區石材加工廠近幾年發展相當迅速，隨著需求增加，石材加工業的組織規模不斷地擴充，而在這企業升級的階段中，生產管理的重要性日益顯現。為探究石材加工廠目前生產管理的狀況及所遭遇的問題，本研究以實地現場觀察及直接的訪談，對石材加工廠的生管問題做進一步深入了解與研究，並針對上述問題，探討改善方向，以作為石材加工廠未來發展的參考，並供做有關單位輔導的依據。

Because of the increase of demand, the scale of the stone industry in Taiwan has been rapidly extended in recent years. Meanwhile, production management has become a critical problem in the stone industry. The purpose of this study is to investigate existing problems in production management of the stone industry based on interview and field examination. Except providing an in-depth description for those problems and their underlying reasons, the study will also provide possible solutions and the way of improvement in order to get a higher efficiency in production.
