GIS技術應用於礦區高陡採掘壁復整之研究

An Application of GIS on Recovering a High-steep Open-cut in A Mining Area

摘要


本研究試區位於花蓮縣秀林鄉。主要研究內容包括:(一)堆石材料力學特性試驗(二)復整邊坡之安定特性探討分析(三)GIS應用於現況與回填後之地形比對模擬。土壤的剪力強度參數C、Φ值,利用剝除法及粒徑平移法於大型直剪試驗中,並就0mm、2.5mm、6.4mm、15mm之四組上下剪力盒間試驗之結果研判,重模土壤之Φ值仍約為47°至46°左右,剪力強度隨剪力盒間距之增加而降低,但無明顯下降趨勢。模擬邊坡之穩定分析,加入地震因素,亦可達穩定標準。利用地理資訊系統ARC/INFO與GRASS兩套軟體,進行地形數化及3-D地形轉換,即可清淅瞭解礦區回填後之各種資訊化地形比對模擬,以預先瞭解回填模式之適切性。並迅速計算回填之總土方量。

The field studied is located in Hsou-lin County Hwa-lian Hsien. The research mainly studies (1) characteristics of the backfill rocks, (2) stability analysis of the backfill, and (3) topographic simulation before and after recovering the high-steep open-cut. Large scale direct shear tests are performed to study the cohesion (C) and friction angle (Φ) of the backfill rocks. The apertures of shear box are set to be 0, 2.5, 6.4, and 15 mm respectively. The friction angles of backfill debris fall between 47° to 46° and decrease as the aperture of shear box increases. The backfill will be stable after being analyzed. Two GIS system, ARC / INFO and GRASS, are used to digitize the topography and demonstrate the three-dimension models of the mining area. Then amount of debris used in the backfill can be easily calculated. It will provide users a clear image to make a plan.
