水平開發井之應用研究

Application of Horizontal Well's Deliverability in the Underground Storage

摘要


近年來由於水平鉆井設備不斷更新及鉆井技術突飛猛進,全球各地水平井之應用已日趨普遍。公司為了因應未來市場用氣量及應付天然氣發電廠用氣量於尖峰與離峰之間巨大變化,計劃擴充鐵砧山氣田TT-1A層或錦水氣田B地塊第13層打鹿砂岩之注/產氣能力。因此台探總處委請本所進行鐵砧山及錦水氣田B地塊注/產氣能力評估,以作為擬定規劃方案之依據。本文應用節點分析法分析注/產氣井之生產能力與注氣能力,根據評估結果,鐵砧山氣田及錦水氣田B地塊之水平井如以7吋套管取代油管,則鐵砧山氣田(氣層壓力為2500psi)每口井之生產能力可達190萬立方公尺/日,錦水氣田B地塊(氣層壓力提昇為1500psi)則為130萬立方公尺/日。而鐵砧山氣田(氣層壓力為2500psi)每口井之注氣能力可達243萬立方公尺/日,錦水氣田B地塊(氣層壓力提昇為1250psi)則為240萬立方公尺/日。以7吋套管生產(注氣)時,可提升水平井生產(注氣)能力,其生產率(注氣率)約為垂直井的2.4(3.4)倍。

Just as horizontal drilling techniques have been revolutionized and innovated, the application of horizontal drilling is popular and impacts the overall return on investment of a reservoir. Horizontal wells can increase the economic value of a reservoir development and in the underground storage. There are a few horizontal wells applied in the underground storage reservoirs to improve deliverability in American and Canada natural gas industry. In this paper nodal analysis has been successfully applied to estimate the deliverability of injection cases and production cases in the TCS gas field and in the Block B of CS gas field. The productivities of the TCS gas field and the Block B of CS gas field are 1900 MCM/D/Well and 1300 MCM/D/Well respectively. The injectivities of the TCS gas field and the Block B of CS gas field are 2430 MCM/D/Well and 2400 MCM/D/Well respectively.
