鋁渣廢棄物在一貫作業鋼廠的資源化應用

Utilization of Aluminum Dross Tailings on Integrated Steelmaking Works

摘要


中鋼鋁業公司鋁湯熔煉爐所扒出之渣(即一次鋁渣),因其含金屬鋁達50~60%,可以再予回收處理。中鋼鋁業公司於87年底設立一座迴轉爐,從一次鋁渣回收部份金屬鋁;剩下的渣稱為二次鋁渣(亦稱鋁尾渣,簡稱尾渣),此即為本資源化研究探討的對象。尾渣主要含氧化鋁與氮化鋁,從化學性質判斷已屬廢棄物。經理論探討與實驗室熱模試驗結果顯示:尾渣非常適合資源化應用於一貫作業鋼廠鐵水脫硫劑的配料,可取代進口助熔劑,促進脫硫效果。經過中國鋼鐵公司使用尾渣超過300噸的現場量試後,已證實此一結論,且已在現場落實應用。另外,尾渣可取代助熔劑的觀念,目前也已推廣使用於轉爐煉鋼製程。本研究可為中鋼鋁業公司帶來回收金屬鋁的經濟效益與尾渣資源化的環保效益,也可為中國鋼鐵公司帶來鋼液品質提升與成本下降的益處,已成為鋼廠與鋁廠間互利共生的廢棄物資源化開發範例。

The primary aluminum dross skimmed from the melting and holding furnaces in China Steel Aluminum Corp. (CSAC) usually comprises metal aluminum in the range of 50~60%, whereas aluminum dross tailings come from a rotary furnace which was commissioned in 1998 for the recovery of metal aluminum from the primary aluminum dross. The tailings mainly containing Al2O3 and AlN have been recognized as wastes. After the theoretical investigation and the hot model experiments in laboratory, the tailings could enhance the effect of hot metal desulfurization and be used as a fluxing agent of the lime-based fluxes in integrated Steelmaking Works. The results from plant trials in China Steel Corp. (CSC) with the amount more than 300 tons of the tailings were also shown the same conclusions. The tailings are now utilized as a substitute for fluxing agent on the desulfurization process of hot metal as well as the basic oxygen steelmaking process. Because of this study, both economical and environmental merits were gained by CSAC, and the advantages of operational cost and steel quality were also obtained by CSC.
