南台灣地區坡地砂石資源特性與分佈之調查研究

An Investigation on the Characteristics and Distribution of Sand/Gravel Resources on Slopeland in Southern Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在針對南台灣地區旗山溪、荖濃溪、隘寮溪與高屏溪集水區內之陸上砂石資源賦存區進行其基本特性調查試驗分析與評估其可開發作為砂石骨材之潛能,並據以了解該砂石骨材品質之優劣及其在工程上之可適用性,且進行陸上砂石開發區採掘邊坡之穩定分析模擬,進而求得在最小安全係數下之採掘邊坡安全設計,以確保未來開採時整體作業區之安全與減低因開發行為所造成之環境災害風險,同時亦以GIS系統作為研究區域開採前後地形變化之判釋分析工具,據以模擬採掘前後之地表地形高程變化,進而推估在不同開採模式設計原則下之砂石骨材最大安全可採量,以提供相關單位作為陸上砂石資源經營管理之參考依據。經由本研究調查分析後,發現研究區域內之砂石骨材開採潛能由高至低依序為:旗山溪>荖濃溪>隘寮溪>高屏溪下游集水區。且為了防患坡地砂石開採所可能造成之人為土砂災害,亦同時進行砂石採掘區內特定集水區之整治率估算,並展示其三維度聯合開採地形模擬,俾期作為政府單位與民間業者進行陸上砂石聯合採掘可行性方案研擬與環境影響評估之重要參考依據。

To understand the quality of the gravel used as aggregates in concrete industy, the study is concerned with investigation and characteristic analysis of the aggregate resources in southern Taiwan. Chi-Shan River, Lau-Nung River, Ai-Liau River and Gau-Ping River basin would be selected as experimental sites to be processed in the study. In order to control the stability of slope caused by quarry mining operations, PC STABL 5M computer program was used to check the safety factors of simulated slopes in this research. GIS technique was also applied on processing the digital terrain and evaluate the safely recoverable quantity of gravels with different quarrying models. The evaluation on potential quarrying areas show that the priority sequence of quarrying area will be as follows Ai-Liau River catchment is the best, Lau-Nung River and Chi-Shan River watershed are the second, and Gau-Ping River basin is identifed to be the last. To prevent environmental impact caused by the quarry mining operations in the future, the treatment efficiency of watershed on sand-gravel quarrying procees is also estimated by GIS system. The surrounding areas of quarry mining sites would be potentially affected and simulated on the basis of the disaster incidence, such as debris flow and landslide. Three dimensional topograph and landscaping was demonstrated and displayed by the program. It is hoped that the resurts of this research can provide a reference for gravel quarrying in both agricultural land and slopeland in the near future.
