鐵砧山注產氣井礫石填充防砂完井工程之研討

Completion Studies of Open Hole Gravel Pack Well in TCS Field Underground Gas Storage Project

摘要


利用舊氣田作為天然氣注儲及再生產以調節天然氣市場之供需已廣被採用,此次鐵砧山新完成六口注產氣井係本總處完井技術之突破,首次採用裸孔礫石填充防砂完井法予以完井的,達成了大幅提昇每口井注產氣能力之目的。為要達到提高每口井注產氣能力,除井內、井口及地面各項器材設備須依設計需求選用外,完井時最重要的必須防範地層污損,因此,在施工時必須依照既定之完井作業程序嚴格執行品管監督工作。鐵砧山六口注產氣井就在這樣嚴謹施工要求下完成,同時經過噴流測試結果證明各井產能均超過預期效果。由此次之經驗可作為爾後如有再擴大注儲時注產氣完井之參考。

Underground gas storage in depleted reservoirs has been widely used as an effective way to meet gas demand fluctuations. To promote injection, production capacities of each well, the new drilled six wells in TCS field have been completed with open hole gravel pack. The injectivity and productivity of a well are highly affected by both equipment specs. Beside formation conditions, formation damage is one of the important factors that should be strictly supervised under good quality control in drilling. After flow tests, the flow capacities have reached the desired values, all the six wells have proved to be a successful completion.
