利用臨界壓降法預測地下儲氣窖地層出砂之研究

Prediction of Sand Production by Critical Drawdown Pressure Model for Underground Gas Storage

摘要


本研究主要目的是利用臨界壓降預測模式來估算產氣井在不出砂的條件下產氣之最大壓降,或最大臨界壓差。臨界壓降預測模式是估算生產氣井在產氣時,使得穿孔或孔洞表面不產生張應力之最大臨界壓差,並以此做為出砂預測的準則。臨界壓降預測模式的發展,是利用氣體流動方程式、岩石力學的平衡方程式及Mohr-Coulomb破壞理論,計算出維持穿孔孔洞穩定,且不產生張應力的最大臨界壓降。模式中所需之破壞法則參數,可由岩心試驗及電測資料估算而得。利用臨界壓降預測法估算M氣田地下儲氣窖地層中的1Ab層,可得容許最大臨界壓降介於1348 Psi到2197.6 Psi之間。

The purpose of this study is to estimate the sand-free critical drawdown pressure by using critical drawdown pressure model in gas wells. Critical drawdown pressure mode is an analytical model for calculating critical drawdown pressure in gas wells to prevent tension stress from developing on the surface of the perforation (or cavity). The critical drawdown pressure model is derived from non-ideal gas equation, mechanical stability equation and Morh-Coulomb Failure Criteria. In this study, the critical drawdown pressures for 1Ab formation of M-field are calculated by using critical drawdown pressure model. The critical drawdown pressure is ranging between 1348 psi and 2197.6 psi.
