摘要

中鋼高爐工場自1987年於三號高爐熱風爐設置第一套分離熱管式廢熱回收設備後，以其累積的運轉經驗、並參酌國外鋼廠實績，繼續進行一號高爐獨立熱管式廢熱回收設備安裝、以及三號高爐廢熱回收設備更新爲熱媒油式廢熱回收設備，獲得極爲可觀的成效。以一號高爐爲例，實際效益換算成新台幣約爲每年一億元。接下來在2006年及2007年又將分別在二號高爐、四號高爐安裝獨立式熱管廢熱回收設備，期能達成降低成本及改善環境品質的雙贏目標。

In year 1987, C.S.C. had installed the first set of heat recovery equipment at No. 3 Blast Furnace, employing the so-called separated heat pipe system. With our operational experiences plus other plant data, C.S.C. continued to build more heat recovery systems (HRS) at No.1 and No.3 Blast Furnace (BF), and also revised the old one of No.3 BF into a thermal oil based HRS. In the case of No.1 BF, the annually benefit through energy recovery is about one hundred million NT dollars. In 2006 and 2007, C.S.C. will install independent type heat pipe HRS at No.2 and No.4 BF separately. Through these efforts, we hope to attain the double win result of reducing production cost and improving the environmental quality at the same time.
