高雄都會區坡地社區環境災害風險評估模式之建立

Establishment of Environmental Risk Model Used for the Community on Hillsolpe at Kaohsiung City in Taiwan

摘要


高雄市都會區工商業迅速發展、人口密度急速膨脹,常因坡地大量開發利用,影響到都會區邊際土地之環境生態體系平衡,衍生不同類型坡地社區環境災害,對於未來高雄都會區之經建發展影響至鉅。有鑑於此,本研究乃選定鄰近高雄市都會區具開發利用潛能之壽山與大坪頂等二處代表性坡地社區作為調查研究重點,且依據現地調查69件坡地社區環境災害特性,進行各致災因子之相依性與獨立性統計檢定分析,再結合GPS/GIS/RS技術完成各項環境災害因子之非線性複相關迴歸分析,據以建立其坡地社區環境災害風險評估模式,且以實地案例驗證該風險評估模式應用之可適性,俾期提供高雄都會區作為其坡地社區環境災害防治方案研擬之參考依據。

The industrial and commercial districts around Kaohsiung metropolitan have been rapidly developed in recent year. A large amount of slopeland were intensively utilized and converted from agricultural land to dwelling sites. Highly weathered geological formation, uneven distributions of rainfall intensity and intensive human activities have been identified as the predominated factors contributing to the environmental disasters of community on Kaohsiung slopeland in Taiwan. The multivariate analysis method was introduced to establish the environmental risk model by collecting data from 69 different landslides. Applications of GIS Integrated with GPS and RS technology were also used to extract major factors related to the environmental disaster within the studied area. This research would also be critical to set up both risk assessment model and environmental disaster database system for the investigated communities on hillslope in Kaohsiung. It is expected that the establishment of the model can be used to help well development of community on urban planning and hazard mitigation of Kaohsiung metropolitan in the near future.
