富氧化矽再生原料產製纖維水泥板之研究

A study on the recycling of silicate contained wastes for fiber cement board

摘要


本研究利用富氧化矽工業廢棄物,包括花崗岩石材污泥、廢矽鋁耐火材、廢玻璃等再生粉體,替代傳統水泥纖維板使用的矽砂原料(佔原料總比率約52%)。經由水泥纖維板製程包括混漿、抄造、壓成、養護等程序實驗,探討各種富氧化矽再生原料替代矽砂原料的差異性。由結果顯示,經由高壓養護後,前述富氧化矽再生原料均可以生成矽酸鈣膠結體,並適合於替代傳統水泥纖維板使用的無機質矽砂原料。所產製的再生水泥纖維板的產品物性,可以符合CNS13777的物性規範,以及通過CNS6532的耐燃一級規範。

In this study, silicate contained wastes, such as spent refractory materials, cutting sludge of dimension stone, or waste glass, were used in the traditional fiber cement board process to replace the conventional raw material of silica sand. It was demonstrated that the recycled materials could be prepared with good fire resistance and heat insulation properties. Materials tested according to CNSI3777 regulation showed that recycled silicate contained materials could meet the commercial product specifications. Above-mentioned industrial wastes are suitable as the raw materials for fiber cement board.
