摘要

為滿足高品級鋼種生產需求，中鋼公司煉鋼廠將原有的No.4 RH真空精煉設備改造。此改造工程為世界之首例，將一座具有雙處理槽設計（twin-vessel-design）之RH真空精煉設備，予以分割成為兩座獨立且可同時處理之RH真空精煉站。改造完成後可提高煉鋼二廠的產量和品質，對於提升中鋼公司的競爭力有很大的幫助。

In order to meet the production requirements of high grade steels, the No.4 vacuum treatment facility of CSC No.2 Steelmaking Shop was revamped and enhanced. This is the first revamping project in the world in that the twin-vessel-design vacuum treatment facility was divided into two independent and yet, simultaneously treatable RH stations. The production rate and the quality of the produced steels in No.2 Steelmaking Shop should be increased after the revamping project and thus, the competitive edge of CSC.
