中鋼轉爐自動吹煉技術之開發
Development in Automatic Steelmaking Process at CSC
摘要
面對品質，成本競爭越來越激烈的鋼鐵市場，追求自動化及省力化是煉鋼工業必然努力之目標，中鋼煉鋼廠轉爐工場自民國六十六年七月開工以來，致力於作業改善與技術開發，利用自動化來達到成本降低品質提升之目標，其中「轉爐自動吹煉技術」之開發乃是典型代表，經由電腦架構設計、軟硬體增設以及作業軟體之合理化，充分發揮了煉鋼效益，本文卽針對「自動吹煉法」發展過程及效益作一說明。

CSC started automation process development since 1981 and combined end-point dynamical control, system with LBE process at the end of 1984. This paper describes how to develope and modify the whole BOF process computer system to reach automation. The main items being discussed are ① Blowing pattern adjustment, ② Metallurgical model refining, ③Flux pattern control, ④ Bath level calculation rule, ⑤ Computer control of process standard.
