中鋼大鋼胚熱進爐技術之開發與成效

The Development and Effect of Bloom Hot Charging at China Steel Corperation

摘要


煉鋼廠所屬兩部大鋼胚連鑄機,及下游之輸送設備,原先之設計為適合鋼胚冷進爐作業,為了利用鋼胚本身之潛熱,在初期由連鑄工場生產出來的熱鋼胚,儘量縮短等待時間,趁熱進小鋼胚軋延工場之加熱爐,以節省燃料之耗用。但由於各項問題,尚未突破,致使該期間之熱進爐溫度僅約150°C左右。為有效推動熱進爐作業之開發,而組成的一個專案小組(Task Force),結合各相關單位之人員,負責此項工作之研究與執行,經過專案小組不斷的努力突破各項困難,改進作業方法並擬定試驗計畫,已使熱胚進入加熱爐之時間大為縮短,在維持生產出高品質熱胚之情況下,熱進爐溫度已達到500°C以上。

The time required from torch cutting of hot blooms to transferring them into the reheating furnace was greatly shortened. More important was that the hot blooms were in good quality and at a temperature higher than 500 °C.
