天然氣井防蝕劑篩選評估技術研究

摘要


油氣生產過程中生產管串的腐蝕,有可能造成停產或漏氣噴井。由於油管腐蝕為無法避免的自然現象,因此研究如何減緩腐蝕率以避免油管在生產年限中發生問題而影響生產是相當重要。受限於天然氣井的環境特性,防蝕措施只有慎選油管材質與添加適當防蝕劑兩種方法。本研究目的是探討生產井防蝕劑篩選評估技術,針對出磺坑氣田取得8種不同防蝕劑樣品,進行實驗室基本試驗、進階試驗與現場監測等三階段篩選程序。經過實驗室之防蝕性能評估,篩選出兩種較佳防蝕劑進行現場試用,最後評選出D-481為能兼顧防蝕與環保要求的防蝕劑。本研究同時探討防蝕效果監測作業,依據生產井水及井口腐蝕試片進行防蝕劑擠注前、後的腐蝕監測,以訂定防蝕劑之有效週期。

Tubing corrosion in the oil and gas production is always a serious problem that could render the oil and gas well unproductive. Corrosion is a natural phenomenon which is often unavoidable. The best we can do is to slow down the corrosion rate and minimize production interruption. Due to the special environment in natural gas wells, selecting suitable tubing material and injecting effective corrosion-inhibitors are often used to combat the tubing corrosion problem. This study investigated the evaluation techniques for selecting most suitable inhibitors for CHK natural gas wells. Eight different kinds of inhibitor samples were obtained and screened with laboratory fundamental tests, advanced tests and field monitoring. One of the eight inhibitors, Inhibitor D-481 was selected as the most suitable inhibitor that also satisfies environmental protection requirements. This study also analyzed the produced water and the wellhead coupons to identify the effectiveness of corrosion prevention and determine the most effective cycle for corrosion treatments.
