天然氣井液體聚積風險評估與除液技術篩選

Assessment of Liquid Loading Risk and Selection of Deliquification Measures for the Gas Well

摘要


國內陸上氣田歷經多年的生產,均已進入生產末期,出水已成為許多生產井無法避免的問題,而隨著生產層壓力日漸下降,使得氣井產率逐漸低於臨界產率,伴產之液體於井底開始聚積,削弱了氣井的產能,甚至導致停產。此為國內氣田最主要的停產原因,故如何快速且準確地評估氣井液體聚積之風險,以便儘早研擬適當的處置措施,係相當值得探討的課題。本研究整合節點分析與臨界產率評估探討氣井液體聚積現象,並利用實際的噴流試驗結果與生產數據,協助現場部門研判目標井之液體聚積情形,以釐清產能下降是否為液體聚積所造成。此外,亦針對液體聚積風險高的井串篩選適合的氣井除液技術。研究成果可作為未來液體聚積評估及氣井除液技術引進之重要參考。

The domestic onshore gas fields have entered the final stage after long-term production, and the water production has become a critical issue for the gas wells. The production rate is lower than the critical production rate due to the reservoir pressure decreasing. Meanwhile, the produced liquid has started to accumulate in the bottomhole, and it leads to well performance decline and even the production shutdown. The liquid loading is the key factor of the production shutdown for the domestic gas fields, therefore the risk assessment of the liquid loading is needed for deliquification measures selection. In this study, the nodal analysis and the critical production rate analysis are integrated to investigate the behavior of liquid loading. The flow test data and the daily production data are utilized to the risk assessment of liquid loading. The proper deliquification measure has been screened out for the high-risk wells. The results are provided for introducing the gas well deliquification measures in the future.
