鈣迴路捕獲CO2技術的展望與機會

Prospect and Opportunity of Calcium Looping Technology for CO2 Capture

摘要


環保署於2012年5月9日已公告溫室氣體為空氣污染物,其中尤以CO2大量排放為造成溫室氣體效應的主要因素。2010年我國CO2排放量約達2.5億公噸,人均排放量高達11.0公噸CO2,遠高於全球平均的4.3公噸。人為二氧化碳的排放主要來自化石燃料燃燒產生,除提高能源效率與再生能源的應用外,二氧化碳捕獲與封存已為全球公認能大量減少CO2排放的有效方法,亦將扮演我國CO2減量之重要角色。工研院在經濟部能源局委辦計畫下,積極發展低CO2捕獲成本之產業化技術。以我國蘊藏量豐富與價廉的石灰石為吸附劑,發展之鈣迴路捕獲CO2技術,除已建立3kWth實驗系統外,將於2012年底與台灣水泥公司合作於其花蓮和平廠,建立全世界最具規模之1.9MWth試驗廠,將開啟我國碳捕獲新興產業之契機。

EPA has announced the greenhouse gas is air pollutants on May 9, 2012. The main factor of effect is in a large amount with CO2 emissions particularly among them on greenhouse. CO2 emissions of Taiwan were 250 million metric tons and per capita up to 11.0 metric tons in 2010; it is global to be far higher than average 4.3 metric tons. The CO2 emissions of main-made are major come from the fossil fuels combustion, besides improve the energy efficiency and application of the renewable energy, the carbon capture and storage already generally acknowledged that can reduce the effective method that CO2 emissions in a large amount for the whole world. That will also act the important role of CO2 reduction of our country.ITRI supported by BOE/MOEA to develop a low cost CO2 capture technology. The calcium looping capture CO2 technology with limestone that is abundant and cheap as the adsorbent in Taiwan. In addition to set up 3kWth experimental system, ITRT cooperated with Taiwan Cement company will set up a 1.9MWth pilot plant located at Hoping factory of Hualian, that is the whole world on the largest scale at the end of 2012. That will open the opportunity for the new industry of carbon capture in Taiwan.
