稀土永磁材料氣流研磨流場模擬分析

A Simulation Analysis of Jet Milling Flow Field for Grinding Rare Earth Magnet Material

摘要


本研究以流體力學軟體FLOW-3D模擬氣流研磨的流場,以作為改善稀土永磁材料釹鐵硼(NdFeB)顆粒的氣流研磨設備的基礎。本研究模擬了進氣噴嘴3種不同夾角(180°、170°、120°)所產生的流場,發現除了180°的夾角外,其他的夾角都會形成無法預測的亂流擾動,因此2個進氣噴嘴的夾角以180°最佳。並且發現在噴嘴入口直徑15mm、噴嘴口直徑5mm的設計下,氣體壓力只要0.8MPa,氣流噴出速度就可達到200m/s。

In this study we used FLOW-3D commercial fluid dynamic software to simulate the flow field in jet mill processes. The f low fields with three different nozzle angles (180C, 170o and 120o) were simulated. Results showed that when the nozzle angel is 180 o, the flow fields are stable; other angles caused unstable flow. Results also showed that the velocity of the air at the outlet of the nozzle would reach 200m/s with only 0.8Mpa air pressure at the inlet of the nozzle when the inlet diameter is 15mm and nozzle tip diameter 5mm.
