摘要


本文介紹熱鍛免調質棒鋼開發與改善,熱鍛免調質鋼係透過V、Ti等微合金添加及控制軋延技術,促進鋼料強韌性,只須藉鍛造後之餘熱施予適當冷卻控制,即可得到接近淬火回火之強度,而省略傳統調質熱處理製程,可節能省碳及降低客戶加工成本10~15%。

This article describes the development and improvement of forging steel that does not need further quenching and tempering. By adding V, Ti and other alloy elements and by a new controlling rolling technology, the strength and toughness of forging steel have been enhanced. By means of proper cooling controlling after forging process, the mechanical properties of improved forging steel are better than that of regular quenched and tempered steels. The improved forging steel saved energy, decreased carbon emissions, and reduced customer processing costs by 10 to 15%.
