中鋼熱軋一場降低出爐溫度以節省燃耗

Lowering Furnace Temperature to Reduce Fuel Consumption in CSC No.1 Hot Strip Mill (HSM)

摘要


全球暖化,能資源價格提升,節能減碳,降低成本已是潮流,更是鋼鐵業求生存的不二法門。中鋼熱軋一場加熱爐燃耗佔熱軋場能源使用的56.8%;佔附加成本的33.8%,降低燃耗一直是熱軋工場努力的課題。加熱爐降低燃耗有許多面向,本論文主要在發表熱軋一場降低鋼胚出爐溫度以降低燃耗等改善措施,包含:1. 高壓除銹水(HSB) 及粗軋R1-R3 除銹效率改善。2. 粗軋工輥冷卻水水壓調降。3. 調降出爐溫度及粗軋R4 出口溫度目標值。4. 高溫鋼種集中排程,以利溫控及降低燃耗。

Global warming and energy resource price increase demand carbon emission and cost reduction measures that may be critical for survival in the steel industry. The furnace fuel consumption in CSC No.1 HSM accounted for 56.8% of hot strip mill energy use and 33.8% surcharge costs. Reducing fuel consumption has been the major subject of hot rolling factory effort. There are many facets for r educing furnace fuel consumption. This paper mainly focused on lowering furnace temperature to reduce fuel consumption in CSC No.1 HSM: 1. Improving descaling efficiency for high pressure scale breaker (HSB) and R1-R3 rougher mill descaler, 2. Lowering the Rougher mill roll cooling pressure, 3. Lowering furnace temperature and the delivery temperature of Rougher mill R4. 4. High-tensile steel centralized campaigning to improve temperature control and reduce fuel consumption.
