中鋼熱軋一場高壓除銹水改造以降低出爐溫度及節省燃耗

The Improvement of High Pressure Decaling Efficiency to Reduce Furnace Temperature and Fuel Consumption in CSC No.1 Hot Strip Mill (HSM)

摘要


本論文主要在發表中鋼熱軋一場高壓除銹水改造以降低出爐溫度及節省燃耗。根據文獻(Frice,2004)噴嘴幾何條件及除銹效能間之關係,熱軋一場逐步進行粗軋區溫降改善,其中包括高壓除銹水(HSB)及粗軋R1-R3除銹水改造(主要是噴嘴型號及配置改造),目標乃減少除銹用水、降低粗軋區溫降及提升除銹能力、確保鋼帶表面品質。改造計畫需進行鋁板試噴以確定除銹水分布(Pattern)是否正常,追蹤下游品質回饋以確保品質正常,配合更新案的進度,軋延模式(Model)設定及控制穩定後再逐步進行下一對策。評估改造後除銹衝擊值提升及用水量減少,可降低鋼胚出爐溫度,不但可減少燃耗,對於降低軋入銹皮缺陷也有很大的貢獻。

The paper published mainly in the improvement of high pressure descaling efficiency to reduce furnace temperature and fuel consumption in CSC No.1 Hot Strip Mill. According to the relationship between the reference (Frice, 2004) nozzle geometry and descaling performance, No.1 Hot Strip Mill gradually proceed temperature drop improvement in roughing area, including the modification of High Pressure Scale Breaker (HSB) and rougher mill (R1-R3) descaling (mainly, the modification of nozzle type and arrangement), the goal is to reduce descaling water consumption, reduce the temperature drop in roughing area and enhance descaling capacity to ensure strip surface quality. Aluminum plate is necessary to be applied to determine whether descaling spray distribution (Pattern) is normal or not, and quality feedback in downstream mill to ensure the good quality. With the progress of the revamping, rolling model (Model) setting and control must be stable and then gradually proceed to the next countermeasure. After evaluating, the descaling impact force increases and water consumption is reduced. Due to the reduction of furnace temperature, not only reducing fuel consumption, but also reducing the rolled in scale defect.
