中鋼壹號高爐全焦操作節約能源研究

摘要

鋼鐵業是能源耗用量極高之工業，煉鐵部門能源消耗約佔一貫作業鋼廠之72％，而高爐工場耗用油量約佔全鋼廠之半。中鋼公司為加強節約能源措施，自民國七十一年二月中旬起，一號高爐由噴油操作轉換成全焦操作，至今年（72）年初已滿一年，在此期間，針對全焦操作之問題，不斷去探討研究，克服種種操作上之困難，使全焦操作得以順利進行，並大幅降低燃油耗用量，使每噸鐵水能源消耗量由3.273×10^6 kcal，降低至3.164×10^6 kcal，燃料成本大幅下降，經濟效益頗大。

The energy consumption. in the iron and steel-making industry is extremely high. C. S. C. No.1. B. F. had shifted its operation from oil injection into all cokes since the middle of Feb. 1982 for improving energy conservation. It's been one year as of Feb. 1983. During this period, in solving problems of all cokes operation, we have overcome again and again ltos of trouble in furnace operation, so that the all cokes operation can go on smoothly and lower the consumption of fuel from 3.273×10^6 kcal to 3.164×10^6 kcal per ton of hot metal. The fact that the clecrease of the cost of fuel has resulted in tremendous economic profits.
