利用熱注入法合成硒化銅晶體之研究

Using a hot-injection process to synthesize CuSe and Cu_(2-x)Se crystallites

摘要


本研究利用熱分解法合成出近分散不同化學組成之硒化銅晶體,其中利用三乙二醇做為溶劑,三乙烯四胺做為還原劑,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮當做包覆劑,在反應溫度為230℃持溫40分鐘後,即可獲得近分散之硒化銅晶體。結晶相結構、顯微 結構、成分分析分別利用X光繞射儀、掃描式電子顯微鏡及穿透式電子顯微鏡進行分析。研究顯示硒化銅之結晶相及顯微結構與三乙烯四胺具有非常強烈之依附性關係。當三乙烯四胺比例為0.4 vol%與1.2 vol%時,可以獲得純結晶相CuSe和Cu_(2-x)Se。

The CuSe and Cu_(2-x)Se crystallites were successfully synthesized by triethylene glycol (TEG) solution thermal decomposition using triethylenetetramine (TETA) as the reducing agent and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as the capping agent at 230℃ for 40 minutes. The crystalline structure, microstructure, and chemical composition were investigated using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). We investigated the effects of TETA additive on crystal phase and morphology. When the TETA additive was 0.4 vol% or 1.2 vol%, the copper selenides are pure CuSe and Cu_(2-x)Se single phase.
