套袋對枇杷果實形狀及品質之影響

摘要


本試驗目的乃研究枇杷由於栽培地區及套袋種類不同,對於果實形狀及品質所産生的影響。 在果實重量方面,在梯田區套袋處理間以用50磅牛皮紙袋、水泥紙袋、報紙袋及不套袋等最好。耐水紙袋及綠色塑膠袋次之,黑色塑膠袋及無色塑膠袋最差。但在平地區各套袋處理間在果實重量上無顯著的差異。 在果實長度及寬度方面,梯田區與平地區的各種套袋處理間均無顯著的差異。 在果肉生量方面,在平地區套袋處理以用各種塑膠袋最好,耐水紙袋次之,牛皮紙袋、水泥紙袋及不套袋者最差,但在梯田區各種套袋處理在果肉重量上無顯著差異。此可能在梯田區及平地區土壤水分含量不同所造成。 在果皮厚度方面,梯田與平地區的各種套袋處理間均無顯著的差異。 在果肉品質方面,在梯田區套袋處理以用綠色塑膠袋,無色塑膠袋及不套袋的糖分含量較高。其他套袋處理者則糖分含量較低。但在平地區各種套袋處理在糖分含量上均無顯著差異。果酸含量在梯田區及平地區各種套袋處理均呈差異不顯著現象。 在本試驗中最大發現是果實日燒及腐燭發生率問題,在無色及綠色塑膠袋中發生日燒病最多,但在牛皮紙袋及報紙袋內果實尚無日燒病發現。此可能因各種袋的透光度及溫度等不同所造成。

The influences of various kinds of bags in the different areas on the loquat fruit shape and quality were studied. From the point of size of the fruit in the terraced field, the weight of the fruit of kraft paper bag. bagging cement paper bag, newspaper bag and non-bagging were ”the best”. The fruit weight of black polyethylene bag and non-color polyethylene bag were the lower, However, the fruit weight in the paddy field under the different treatments was not significantly different. Otherwise. the fruit length and width were not significantly difference in the different areas under various treatments. From the point of percentage of flesh weight, the various polyethlene bags and newspaper bag in the paddy field were the best, Antiwater bag was ”the better”. Kraft paper bag, bagging cement paper bag and non-bagging area were lower, But the flesh weight in the terraced field under different bags were not significantly difference. It may be caused by the different soil water content in these two areas, Otherwise the peel thickness in tile different areas under various treatments was not significantly difference. From the point of flesh quality, the soluble solids content of green polyethylene bag and non-color polyethylene bag and non-baging area in the terraced field were higher. The others were lower. But the soluble solids contents in paddy field under the different treatments were not significantly different by the various bag treatment in the different areas. The most important finding was that sunburned and decay fruits were increased substantially by non-color and green polyethlene bags. This may be due to the fact that was different transparent and higher temperature characteristics in this treatment.
