草菇生育溫度之研究
Study on the Change of Temperature during Cultivating Period of Padi Straw Mushroom
摘要
草菇生育期中栽培床中心溫度保持30-37℃氣溫保持25-30℃產菇最理想，栽培床中心溫度較床表面溫度高1.5-7.5℃時才能產菇，相差6℃左右最高，中心溫度超出氣溫4-16℃時能產菇，相差10℃左右時產量最高，栽培床表面溫度比氣溫高2-7.5℃時能產菇，相差5℃左右時產量最高。

1. It was found out from this experiment that the optimum temperature of tile air and the centre of the bed for cultivating Padi straw mushroom were 25-30℃ and 30-37℃ respectively. 2. During harvesting period the temperature of the centre of the bed was 15-75℃ and 4-16℃ higher than the surface of the bed and air, and the temperature of the surface of the bed was 2-7.5℃ higher than air. 3. The best harvesting was seen whets the temperature of the centre of the bed was approximitely 6℃ and 10℃ higher than surface of the bed and air, and the temperature of the surface of the bed was approximitelv 5℃ higher than air.
