Studies on the Variation of Chromosonal Numbers of Cattleyas Their Flower Size, Leaf Size and Size and Number of Stomata

摘要


1.染色體觀察法用低溫固定法。 2.蘭科植物染色體變異很大,是一種染色體複雜的植物。 3.供試品種有82品種,其中多數爲倍數體,而以三倍體最多,四倍體次之,其他亦有二倍體。 4.本試驗研究染色體數目與花大,葉片大小,氣孔之大小及數目之變異。 5.染色體多者,卽倍數體之植株,一般而言花形大而美,同時葉形亦較大,氣孔大而數目少。 6.提供82品種花的色彩作育成優良品種之參考。 7.由染色體的研究,可藉此探求優良親本,可提供育種上之主要基礎。
