Gibberellin, Alar, Ethrel和日照之相互作用對於胡瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)之生長和性形表現之影響

摘要


本試驗使用臺中節瓜在溫室內分自然日照與24小時之長日照栽培。在二又二分之一本葉時,使用Gibberellin 100ppm, Alar 3000ppm及Ethrel 240ppm之單獨或相互處理。其結果株高與節數皆以自然日照區較高且較多;Alar處理者植株最矮節數最少;處理者植株較Alar者高而節數最多。Gibberellin和對照區之植株最高。各藥品混合處Ethrel理時,其株高、節數和節間長度皆與Ethrel或Alar單獨處理者相近,而非近似Gibberellin之單獨處理或介於中間之結果。雌花之着生以Ethrel單獨處理區最多,Ethrel + Gibberellin區次,其他各區甚少着生雌花。Ethrel + Gibberellin之處理影響胡瓜初期發育甚大,並阻害低節位花芽之産生。

The effects of Gibberellic acid (GA), N-dimethyl-aminosuccinamic acid (Alar, SADH) (2-chloroethyl) phosphonic acid (Ethrel, Ethephon) and their combinations on the growth and sex expression of the cucumber ”Taichung Che-kua” were studied. All plants cultivated under natural or long daylength in the greenhouse, and treated at stage of 2(1/2) leaves with chemicals. The plant size and number of nodes were larger and more under natural daylength. Combination of GA and Alar or Ethrel resulted in plants that were as dwarf as those treated with Alar or Ethrel alone. Ethrel effectively increased female tendency of plants. Ethrel + GA reduced plant grawth and inhibited any flower development on lower nodes.
