摘要


以苗齡十五天之番茄供試,看K素營養對幼苗生長之影響,並觀察不同養分與根溫對K吸收之影響。幼苗生長依葉總長度以對數關系增加其鮮重和乾物重。與對照相較,「饑餓」(祇有0.5mM CaSO4處理二天)和「缺鉀」(二和五天培養液中不含K)幼苗減少鮮重和葉總長度約34、22、和43%。並增加乾物重百分率和減低地上部/根部比。 應用短期切根吸收法,以86R(下標 b)標示K之吸收,得知幼苗根系含K愈低,86R(下標 b)標示K之吸收率愈高。根溫從20°到30℃,驟增K之吸收,然根溫35℃之吸收率,減少30℃(最高吸收溫度)時之30%。在10到30℃間,具相當高之Q10值(2.1-4.5),顯示K之吸收深受溫度左右。

The influence of potassium nutrition and temperature on growth and potassium uptake has been studied in 15-dy-ald tomato seedlings. There was a logarithmically increased fresh and dry weight as a function of total leaf length. ”Starved” (CaSO4 alone for 2 Days) and potassium deficient seedlings (2 and 5 days in potassium free solutions) were reduced in fresh weight and total leaf length by about 34, 22 and 43 percent as compared with control seedlings. There was an increased dry matter content and decreased top/root ratio under starved and potassium deficient condition. A negative correlation existed between the rate of 86R(subscript b)-labeled potassium uptake and potassium status in tomato roots using short term excised root method. A sharply increased potassium uptake was found in the range of 20 to 30℃. At 35℃, there was about 30 percent reduction in potassium uptake as compared with 30℃, which was the temperature at which maximum uptake occurred. The Q10 value for 86R(subscript b)-labeled potassium uptake were a high order (2.1-4.5) over a considerable range of temperature (10-30℃).
