茄子砧木對番茄嫁接苗根部活力之影響

The Root Activity of Grafted Tomato Seedlings as Affected by Eggplant Rootstocks

以‘小丹茄’、''''KSA22''''、‘赤茄’及''''VF(F1)''''為砧木,依栽培季節分別於秋作及春作將大果番茄品種‘農友301’、‘紅冠’、‘台中亞蔬4號’及小果品種‘聖女’,夏作將大果品種‘紅冠’、‘台中亞蔬4號’及小果品種‘台南亞蔬6號’嫁接於砧木,顯示嫁接後5天及10天時不論番茄/番茄同體或番茄/茄子異體嫁接苗,根部TTC活力降低,嫁接後15天所有供試組合之根部TTC活力恢復。不論在秋作、春作及夏作,以''''VF(F1)''''為砧木之根部活力恢復能力均優,‘小丹茄’、‘赤茄’及''''KSA22''''砧木則於適合期作與番茄品種之嫁接組合間顯現增進效果。

Eggplant cvs. 'Hsiao-Tan', 'KSA22', 'Akanasu' and 'VF(F1)' were used as rootstocks. The scions of tomato cvs. 'Known-You 301', 'Red Crown', 'Taichung-AVRDC 4' and 'Santa' were grafted onto the rootstocks in autumn and spring crop, as well as cvs. 'Red Crown', 'Taichung-AVRDC 4' and 'Tainan-AVRDC 6' in summer crop. The results showed that the TTC activity of roots of both homografted and heterografted plants were low at 5-10 days after grafting, and after 15 days of grafting the root appearance high TTC activity. 'VF(F1)' as rootstock grafted tomato plants had high recovery ability of root activity in all autumn, spring and summer crop. Enhancing results could be found as rootstock of cvs. 'Hsiao-Tan', 'Akanasu' and 'KSA22' grafted onto matched tomato cultures and grew in selected crop seasons.
