草菇栽培期中栽培材料主要成分之變化
A Study on the Components Evolution of Culturial Substance during the Cultivation Period of Straw Mushroom (Volvariella volvacea)
摘要
草菇栽培期中消耗栽培材料中之半纖維素與纖維素，尤以纖維素消耗量最大，對木質素之利用不甚明顯，材料中粗蛋白會計師顯著增加，但以灰分含量增加一倍最爲最著。
