速生樹種栽培香菇之産菇量及品質研究(一)

摘要


香菇具有特殊風味,營養價值高,亦可降低膽固醇作用及預防動脈硬化之效果,而成爲一般消費大衆之健康食品,由於栽培已邁入企業化的經營,以致本省栽培數量正逐年急遽增加,相對的段木用材來源漸見短缺,爲紓解此一危機,乃採伐15種速生樹種,及公認的菇木樹種楓香作比較,進行栽培香菇的研究,初步獲得結果:(一)高産量而具有經濟利潤樹種:依序爲①山柏(Sapium discolor)、②直幹相思樹(Acacia mangium)、③白匏仔(Mallotus paniculatus)、④楓香(Liquidambar formosana)、⑤卡桐(Anthocephalus chinensis)、⑥木油桐(Aleurites Montana)。(二)品質優異樹種:山柏及直幹相思樹。(三)成本回收快樹種:山柏。(四)花菇産量多之樹種:直幹相思樹及木油桐。

Because of special flavor and nutritional value, shiitake mushroom has long been used as a health food. During the past 10 years, shiitake market has been expanded rapidly in Taiwan; so does its cultivation. This situation leads to a shortage of small logs for cultivation. In order to overcome this crisis, 15 fast-growing tree species were selected to study their potentials as shiitake cultivation materials in comparison to Liquidambar formosana, a well-known shiitake cultivation material in Taiwan. The preliminary result showed that the highest production and most profitable species were Sapium discolor, followed by Acacia magium, Mallotus panicultatus, Liquidambar formosana, Anthocephalus chinensis and Aleurites mantana in sequence. However, the species decreasing order [suggested] that produced shiitake with good quality were Sapium discolor and Acacia magium, and that had the fastest return of investment was sapium discolor. As for the so called ”Striped mushroom”, its production was higher from Acacia magium and Aleurites mantana.
