蘆筍幼苗14C光合産物運轉之研究初報

The Preliminary Study of the Translocation of 14C-photosynthates of Asparagus Seedlings

摘要


本試驗利用蘆筍行14C-光合作用,而其光合産物在短時間內(6小時)卽可顯示已存在於貯藏根與嫩莖中,由此證明在臺灣氣候顯示下,蘆筍留母莖之栽培方法,其母莖光合作用產物,可快速供應嫩莖生長之需。

Labeled 14CO2 was used in this experiment. The asparagus seedling was able to assimilate 14CO2 and translocated 14C-photosynthates to the whole plant in a very short period. It is shown in the autoradiograms that 14C is already existing in its spears and storage roots. The results obtained have proved that photosynthates produced in our mother stalk cultural method could provided immediately need for the growth of its spears under Taiwan's climatic condition.
