蘆筍組織培養應用於微體繁殖研究之進展
Recent Developments in Micro-propagation of Asparagus (Asparagus officinalis L.)
摘要
蘆筍循經採種建立優良品種之營養系或全雄系，爲發展臺灣蘆筍産業之要務，其先決條件爲研究一有效而可行之加速繁殖方法。植物組織培養由基礎研究進而發展到農業上多方面之應用，其中以微體繁殖爲最成功。本文特介紹蘆筍莖頂培養及側芽培養，以供蘆筍選種及加速繁殖之參考，並對影響蘆筍不定根及多數芽體誘發因子，決定育苗成活率等有關問題逐一加以討論。至如推廣應用，對育成的植株在田間之生長勢，産量及品質仍待作進一步觀察與評價。

This paper introduces the recent developments in the practical methods of rapid propagation of asparagus (Asparagus Officinalis L). through tissue cultures. By micro-propagation-shoot apex and one bud stem culture, tested clone and all-male clone of asparagus could be easily established. The procedures of micro-propagation and the factors that influence the formation of adventitious roots have also been discussed. More works have to be conducted to observe and evaluate the vigor and yield of these test-tube produced plants in the field.
