臺灣檬果營養狀況之研究

摘要


本試驗爲調查本省中南部果園愛文檬葉片無機營養狀況。結果顯示五項多量要素濃度範圍可與美國佛羅里達州之臨時標凖濃度相比較,但其中臺南玉井專業區三年來氮及鉀之變化範圍較佛州標凖上限爲高。鈣則較該標凖下限爲低。錳及銅有污染現象,此與果園管理操作調查結果頗爲一致,上述結果顯示採用美國標凖作爲本省檬果無機營養狀況診斷之研判,有其實用價值。

Nutrient status of mango leaves taken from orchards in Tainan and other areas were investigated. Results indicated that the values of the five microelements were comparable with those prepared from Florida mango; the tentative U. S. standard. The nitrogen and the potassium concentrations were however higher and the calcium level slightly lower than the above mentioned standard. With respect to manganese and copper, no comparison could be made due to chemical contaminations. The manganese were found severely contaminated and so was copper to a lower degree. Under the present condition, with no other suitable criteria to follow, it is pratical to adopt the U. S. standard as a working parameter for the evaluation of mango nutrition in Taiwan.
