葡萄植株光合産物運移之研究(Ⅱ)葡萄植株生長過程中光合産物的貯運模式

摘要


選取扞插成活的康可得(Concord)葡萄一批,於溫室中行盆栽管理,每株留單一枝條,誘引使垂直生長,並於栽培管理期間隨時摘除側芽及捲鬢。以碳十四標識的二氧化碳處理葡萄植株,處理後每隔兩天採收一次。植株葉片所固定的總光合産物量,除了呼吸作用消耗外。植株中葉片所含的碳化合物由剛得處理時的98.61%漸次減少,到第十二天時,只佔全株含量的38.19%,卽隨著植株的生長,葉中碳化合物所佔比例有逐漸降低之趨勢。但在根中碳化合物的含量比例則隨著植株的生長漸次累積,則0.03%增加到34.5%。 另外,植株於處理後每隔14天採收一次。在42天的生長期中,植株所合成的總光合物轉運到新生枝梢部位的比例並不高,14天時爲4.40%,28天時爲4.75%,42天時爲9.68%。但以單位鮮重的活性(specific activeity)來計算時,新生枝梢內所含的活性甚高。而在同一時期內,根部中胺其酸、醣及澱粉的含量比例均有逐漸增加的趨勢,有機酸增加的情形較不顯著,但轉運到新生枝梢部位中的有機酸含量比例(21.53%)却較其他光合産物爲高(醣8.41%,胺基酸17.60%,澱粉13.42%)。

Rapidly growing grapevines were treated witlh 14CO2 and harvested at 2-day interval in a 12-day period. The distribution percentage of the fixed 14C-photosynthates in leaves was reduced from 98.51% to 38.19%, but increased from 0.03% to 34.5% in roots as the time progressed. When grapevines treated with 14CO2 and harvested in 14-day interval during a 43-day period. The percentages of photosynthetic products acropetally translocated to the newly developed shoot of the vine were quantitatively small, which was 4.40% on 14th day, 4.75% on 28th day, and 9.68% on 42nd day respectively. But quite converaely, they were much higher than the other portions in terms of specific activity. Sugars, amino acid and starch fractions were found moving downward and stored in roots gradually, But in comparison with the ether assimilates, the amount of percentages of organic acids (23.53%), transported to the newly developed shoot showed higher than the others (sugars 84.1%, amino acid 17.60%, starch 13.42%).
