利用細本山葡萄Vitis thunbergii Sieb. et Zucc的癒合組織與樹豆 Cajanus cajan (Linn.) Millsp.、黃水茄Solanum incanum L.、天仙果Ficus formosana Maxim.、白花蛇舌草Hedyotis diffusa (Willd.)的癒合組織,以不同組合及接種量下共培養於1/2 MS basal salts 添加1.86 mg l-1 NAA 及 0.22 mg l-1 BA培養基,測試異種植物細胞共培養對細本山葡萄二次代謝物生產之影響,經HPLC分析piceid與resveratrol含量,結果在細本山葡萄0.25 g與黃水茄0.75 g組合接種量,piceid與resveratrol累積量(14.21 ± 2.93 mg/kg FW);在細本山葡萄0.5 g與白花蛇舌草0.5 g組合接種量,piceid累積量(30.39 ± 4.04 mg/kg FW),為所有組合中最高之累積量。
The calli of of Vitis thunbergii Sieb. et Zucc and four interspecies (Cajanus cajan (Linn.) Millsp﹐Solanum incanum L﹐Hedyotis diffusa (Willd.)﹐Ficus formosana Maxim.) were used to establish the coculture system for the production of secondary metabolites. Different combination and proportion of inoculum of calli were culture in 1/2 MS salts with NAA and BA liquid medium and the target product of piceid and resveratrol in cells was examined by HPLC. The piceid and resveratrol in the proportion of 0.25 g Vitis thunbergii Sieb. et Zucc and 0.75 g Solanum incanum L.were accumulation to 14.21 ± 2.93 (mg/kg FW) after 18 days culture. In all of the combination﹐the highest amount of piceid in cells was 30.39 ± 4.04 (mg/kg FW ) expressed in the proportion of 0.5 g Vitis thunbergii Sieb. et Zucc and 0. 5g Hedyotis diffusa (Willd.).
