摘要


鐵砲百合(Lilium longiflorum Thunb)”Georgia”品系鱗片繁殖,以Benlate殺菌劑稀釋1000倍消毒30分鐘,可減少鱗片腐敗促進結球及發根,以45℃熱水處理30分鐘則促進鱗片腐敗。消毒後再浸以IBA 10 ppm,較浸以NAA 10 ppm或BA 5 ppm更能促進小鱗莖之生長。鱗莖地上部完全老化時採收行鱗片繁殖效果較開花後立卽處理者佳。且鱗莖之外,中和內層鱗片,小鱗莖之生成生根受生長調節劑之影響。

Scaling of Lilium (longiflorum Thunb ”Georgia” sterilized with 1000 X Benlate for 30 min better than in 45℃ hot water for 30 min treatment or control. Benlate treatment reduced percentage of decay and promoted bulbing and rooting. After sterilization with benomyl or hot water treatment, IBA (10 ppm) had better effects on promoting bulblet formation and rooting than NAA (100 ppm) or BA (5 ppm). The best time for scaling was the bulbs harvested affer post-senescene, better than scaling immediately after post-flowering. Scales from outer, middle or inner part of parent bulb for bulblet formation and rooting were influenced by plant growth regulators.
