摘要

鐵砲百合(Lilium longiflorum Thunb) ”Georgia”品系鱗片繁殖所形成的小鱗莖經5~10℃貯藏6週或利用海拔2100m梅峰山區自然低溫，可提早鱗片葉、莖及莖上葉之生長，以利鱗莖肥大。鱗片繁殖出來未長葉之小鱗莖在梅峰種植12.5個月後，50%鱗莖可達周徑15cm之可售球；在嘉義近海砂壞直接以鱗片或中心球秋植夏收，因氣溫過高不利鱗莖之肥大，其周徑10cm之鱗莖，以5℃春化處理6週後於九月中旬種植，2個月後開花，可供切花用鱗莖。

No green leaf bulblets from scaling of Lilium longiflorum Thunb. ”Georgia” must be stored at low temperature (5-10℃), or using natural low temperature at Mei-Feng (2100m altitudes) to promote stem emergence and bulb enlargement.. Bulblets from middle parts of parent bulb scales had better growth than from outer parts of parent bulb scales. About 50 percent of bulbs grown in Mei-Feng reached 15 cm circumference after 12.5 months from 1.1 gram no leaf bulblets, However, bulbs grown in lowland of Jai-I only could reach 10 cm circumference propagating from bulb core (8g) after one growing season from November through early June. The smaller bulbs (10 cm circ.) produced from Jan-I may be good for cut flowers after precooled at 5℃ for 6 weeks. It wan only need 62 days from planting to anthesis.
