草莓自交與雜交後代性狀之遺傳率
Heritability of Characteristics in Selfing and Crossing Progenies of Strawberry (Fragaria×ananassa Duch.) Cultivars
摘要
爲探討草莓主要性狀之遺傳行爲，以Aliso、Blakemore、福羽及春香四個品種爲親本於臺灣大學園藝系進行試驗。研究結果顯示，植株大小、匍匐蔓數、果型、硬度等性狀，具有較高的遺傳率，選拔效果大；其他葉柄數等五個性狀及總産量，遺傳率較低，選拔效果亦不大。 本研究調查之性狀均爲量的性狀，遺傳變異可能受累加性或非累加性之影響，亦可能受父方或母方之遺傳變異之影響。

This study was conducted in department of Horticulture, National Taiwan University. The purpose was to study the heritability of characters in selfing and crossing progenies of strawberry cultivars. Four cultivars, namely, Aliso、Blakemore、Fukuba and Harunoka were used as parents in the study. All data were calculated by computer program. The result of heritability analysis indicated that plant size、runner number、fruit shape and firmness had high heritability. All characters in this study were of quantitative characters. The genetic variation was affected by additive or non-additive genes as well as by both parental effects.
