不同栽培季節對莧菜生長及紅色素含量之影響

Effects of Different Cultivated Season on the Growth and Red Pigment Content of Amaranth (Amaranthus tricolor L.)

摘要


以桃園區農業改良場選育富含紅色素(Betacyanin)之莧菜(Amaranthns tricolor L.)A10品系爲材料,研究不同栽培季節對莧菜生長、產量及紅色素含量之影響,以決定抽取紅色素之採收適期。結果顯示生長及紅色素含量受氮溫及日照之影響;七月播種因氣溫高,日照強,生長最快,播徑後40天採收,可得紅色素幹重估算約每1000平方公尺45公斤;三月播種因氣溫低,日照弱,生長最慢,播種後45~50天紅色素含量達最高,估算每1000平方公尺0.45公斤;五月播種,氣溫漸升高,播種後50天採收,可得紅色素乾重估算約侮1000平方公尺2.5公斤;九月播種因由高溫漸趨低溫,播種後30~38天紅色素含甲量達最高,估算每1000平方公尺2.9公斤。

In order to study the suitable harvesting time to extract red pigment of amaranth, A10 strain rich in Betacyanin breaded by Tauoyuan District Agricaltural Improvement Station was sowed in different season to investigate the difference of growth, yield and red pigment content. The result showed the growth and red pigment content which were effected by temperature and intensity of solar radiation, In July, with high temperature and high solar radiation, it grew faster and could be harvested on 40 days after sowing, the extracted pigment (dried wt) estimated was about 4.5 kg/1000 m^2. In March, with lower temperature and lower solar radiation, it grew slowly and could be harvested on 50 daye after sowing, the extracted pigment was about 0.45 kg/1000 m^2. In May, with temperature gradually increasing and could be harvested on 50 days after sowing, the extracted pigment was about 2.5 kg/1000 m^2. In September, under high and following by reducing temperature, it could be harvested on 38 days after sowing, the extracted pigment was about 2.9 kg/1000 m^2.
