貯藏姿勢對茄子及空心菜呼吸量及乙烯發生量之影響

摘要


茄果倒立貯藏者其呼吸量與乙烯發生量均較橫置者爲高。空心菜之呼吸量在貯藏期間前3日呈下降趨勢,爾後葉子開始黃化則趨上昇。橫置貯藏者之呼吸量均較直立者爲高。乙烯在採收後二天內呈下降,葉子黃化之前已開始上昇。二種貯藏姿勢不同,但乙炳發生量之變化均相似,無明顯差異。橫置貯藏老可能因背地性之關係,貯藏後莖呈彎曲。

The effects of holding posture on eggplant and water convolvulus were examined. Reversal holding storage of eggplant fruits had both higher rates of respiration and ethylene evolution than the laying storage. The respiration rate of water convolvulus decreased during the first 3 days then increased gradually and accompanied by yellowing of the leaves. Higher respiration rate was observed in horizontally stored water convolvulus than in vertically stored ones. The ethylene evolution rates decreased during first 2 days then increased drastically before the yellowing of the leaves. The bending of the stems as a result of horizontal storage, might be caused by the anti-geotropism.
