Clones of peach were successfully propagated from sprouted nodal cuttings. Cuttings showed the best rooting when base wounded, treated with IBA (500 ppm) and under a mist environment. Peat moss/perlite (1/4) was used as the propagation medium. This results provide the massive and inexpensive source of nursery trees for high density planting of peaches such as meadow orchard.
