營養組成份與含量對鋸屑塑膠袋栽培(太空包)香菇生產之影響

Effects of Nutrient Component and Content on the Dry Shiitake Production in PE Bag Cultivation

摘要


本文檢討鋸屑塑膠袋培法(太空包法)生產香菇其內含物營養組成份,(米糠+麵粉頭、米糠、或麵粉頭)及含量(占栽培材料總重量之20, 25及30%),對香菇產量之影響。結果顯示以香菇菌種366號,於民國78年10月2日接種,至79年5月24日採收菇體爲止,不同營養份含量對香菇產量之影響成顯著差異,以米糠+麵粉頭爲最佳,僅米糠者次之,而僅加麵粉頭者更次之。而香菇產量以添加米糠及麵粉頭共25%者最佳,30%者次之,而加20%者最劣、且栽培基質營養組成份與含量之交感亦屬顯著差異。所產香菇依上、中、下三級產品分類亦顯示以米糠+麵粉頭共占25%者產量最高。故鋸屑塑膠袋栽培基質以米糠:麵粉頭:錐木屑混合者(12.5:12.5:75(%))可獲高產量及高品質之香菇。

Effects of nutrient component (A: rice bran + flour; B: rice bran; C: flour) and content (20, 25 & 30% by weight and the rest are Castanopsis sp. saw dust) on the dry shiitake production of P6 bag cultivation were investigated. Number 366 shiitake spawn was inoculated to P6 bags on Oct. 2nd, 1989, and the experiment seas over on March 24th, 1990. The results showed that three nutrient components and three contents significantly influenced dry shiitake production , i,e. rice bran + flour > rice bran > flour and 25 > 30 >20 (% by weight). Also the interaction of nutrient component and content was significant. Rice bran + flour could produce higher quality of shiitake when the content was 25%. Therefore, it is highly recommended that using rice bran+ flour+ Castanopsis sp. sass dust=12.5:12.5:75% by weight could produce high amount and high quality of dry shiitake by P6 bag cultivation.
