遮光對合果芋生長之影響

Effect of Shading on Growth of Syngonium podophyllum

摘要


本試驗將12個不同品種之合果芋置於全日照870.4μmol•m^(-2)•s^(-1)(0%shading)、半遮陰154.30μmol•m^(-2)•s^(-1)(80% shading)、全遮陰5.27μmol•m^(-2)•s^(-1)(99% shading)的光照條件下,6個月後比較其生長狀況,並測定其乾鮮重、葉片色相角度、株高、葉片角度、葉綠素指標值和葉綠素螢光指標值,藉以探討不同光照條件下,品種間的反應。結果顯示,合果芋的生長以全日照最差,觀賞價值低,植株生育不良(植株矮小、葉綠素含量低、葉片黃化),至於全遮陰的情況,雖植株生育良好,但因徒長及葉綠素指標值高使葉部特徵不明顯,葉色偏綠,無觀賞價值,而在半遮陰的情況下,合果芋的葉部特徵明顯,植株生育良好,觀賞品質較高,爲最適合的光照條件,而'Bold Tetra'、'Emerald'這兩個品種可在較高光照下生長,對其觀葉價值來說差異不大。

Growth and morphology of 12 cultivars of Syngonium podophyllum were studied under three levels of shading intensity, 870.4 μmol•m^(-2)•s^(-1) (0%), 154.30μmol•m^(-2)•s^(-1) (80%) and 5.27μmol•m^(-2)•s^(-1) (99%), After treatments for six months, the fresh weight, dry weight, plant height, leaf angle, SPAD, and F(subscript v)/F(subscript m) of each cultivar were measured. The results showed that natural shine condition constituted to poor growth, as the plants produced yellowish and short leaves. Plants under 99% shading showed greener leaves, but did not show normal leaf characteristics and stem spindling. Plants under 80% shading showed great growth and normal leaf characteristics in the 12 cultivars tested. However, the cultivars 'Bold Tetra' and 'Emerald' could be produced in high light intensity, since it did not affect their leaf characteristics, such as leaf color and shoot angle.
