溫度對孤挺花瓣狀鱗片繁殖之小球形成的影響

Effect of Temperatures on Bulblet Formation from Chipping in Hippestrum Hybridum

摘要


'Double Record'孤挺花周徑30cm的種球,以底盤爲中心垂直切割成12等份瓣狀鱗片後,放置於不同溫度下,探討小球形成情形。結果顯示小球周徑增加的速度在切割後30-60日間最快,4個月後30/20℃、25/15℃、20/10℃以及室溫下的小球平均周徑分別爲3.2cm、4.2cm、4.0cm及4.1cm;平均鮮重分別爲1.0g、2.1g、1.9g及2.2g。室溫以及30/20℃、20/10℃下周徑以3.1-4.0cm的小球居多,分別佔51.7%、60%、48.4%;25/15℃下周徑以4.1-5cm之小球最多、佔40.5%。另外,小球的形成位置多集中在瓣狀鱗片的內層,第I層至第VI層形成的小球佔69.1%-92.8%;而第VII至第XII形成的小球最多也只佔30.9%。小球平均周徑的最大值,於30/20℃處理爲第IX層、於25/15℃、20/10℃處理爲第V層、室溫處理集中在第II層。

The mother bulbs of 30cm in circumference of Hippeastrum 'Double Record' were cut vertically into 12 equal segments and placed under different temperatures. The growth speeds of the bulblets in circumference were the fastest between 30-60 days after chipping at various temperatures. The average circumference of the bulblets were 3.2cm, 4.2cm, 4.0cm and 4.1cm respectively, and the average fresh weight were 1.0g, 2.1g, 1.9g and 2.2g respectively at 30/20℃, 25/15℃, 20/10℃ and room temperatures 4 months later after chipping. The greatest number of the bulblets were 3.1 to 4.0cm in circumference at 30/20℃, 20/10℃, room temperature or was 4.1 to 5.0cm at 25/15℃, there were 51.7%, 60%, 48.4%, 40.5% respectively. The numbers of the bulblets formation in the inner layers were more than that of the outer layers. There were 69.1% to 92.8% of the bulblets formation from the layers I to VI, and only 30.9%from the layer VII to XII at various temperatures. Under 30/20℃, 25/15℃, 20/10℃ and room temperature, the largest sizes of the bulblets were at the layer IX, V, V, II respectively.
