牛皮紙套袋與聚乙烯套袋對香蕉果房發育和後熟品質之影響比較

Comparison in the Bunch Development and Post-harvest Quality of Banana as Affected by Kraft Paper Cover and Polyethylene Cover

摘要


本試驗之目的在比較牛皮紙套袋和藍色聚乙烯(PE)套袋在‘北蕉’(Musa AAA, cavendish)果房發育和果實後熟品質上之差異。三個年期的觀察結果顯示,使用牛皮紙套袋與PE套袋對果房重量、指長、指寬與指圍均無顯著差異。牛皮紙套袋有兩年期明顯降低果指的日燒發生率,並有兩年期減少果把兩段著色發生率百分之五十。此外,還略有提升果肉總可溶性固形物及降低果肉含水量之趨勢。牛皮紙套袋提高綠熟蕉與黃熟蕉果把之L值(亮度)、綠熟蕉之a值與b值,及黃熟蕉之a值。

Effects of two types of banana bunch covers on the bunch development and post-harvest quality of cv.
