百香果種苗嫁接夾之研製

Development on a Fixed Clip with Passion Fruits for Grafted Seedlings

摘要


本研究旨在設計與製造一組嫁接夾,用於百香果種苗之嫁接作業。為確保百香果嫁接苗不致被嫁接夾夾傷,乃先測定百香果蔓生莖之物理性質,並以接觸理論分析嫁接夾與嫁接苦的力學情形。研究結果顯示,嫁接夾尾端產生14mm壓縮位移量時,夾頭所張開之對應寬度為7mm,並產生6.46N的夾持力,若將該力視為嫁接夾對百香果種苗嫁接作業之最大夾持力,則賦予百香果嫁接苗之最大壓力值為8.6Pa,並不造成百香果蔓生莖之傷害。

This study focuses on the physical properties of new growth stalk for passion fruits to find out the relationship between force and displacement in the bioyield. Furthermore, by use Instron testing machine to measure the material properties. The results show that the minimum press 0.166N/mm^2 approximately and elastic contact with a spheroid and a base by simulate to calculate forced situation of foreign claw clipping grafted seedlings. The testing results show that the maximum press 8.6Pa of the grafting clip and compress it to 14mm obtained force 6.46N by it opening maximum distance along the slide not to hurt stalk of the passion fruits.
