摘要

生態旅遊是一種兼具自然保育與遊憩發展的活動，在政府的大力推展下，許多相關單位與機構開始舉辦各式生態旅遊活動，然而，究竟如何將生態旅遊之精神與原則落實在活動設計與行程安排中則是令相關單位困擾與摸索的問題。本研究是以林務局新竹、南投與東勢林區管理處所舉辦之生態旅遊為例，期望藉由活動前、活動中與活動後之評估，提出實際操作時之問題與困難，以提供其他單位施行生態旅遊活動時之參考與借鏡。

Ecotourism is the activity including environment preservation and recreation development. After promoting by the government, a lot of organizations and institutions began to provide different ecotourism activities. Nevertheless, it is a difficult problem to find out how to carry out the basic spirits and principles into the ecotourism activities and itinerary arrangement. This study was explored by way of ecotourism activities held by Hsin-Chu, Nantou and Tung-Shiu Forest District Office of Taiwan Forestry Bureau from the views of ”before activity,” ”in activity” and ”after activity” to bring up the problems and difficulties for the experiences and reference.
