紅外線額溫計之性能檢定方法之建議研究

摘要


由於新冠肺炎(Coronavirus disease)的大肆流行,溫度量測成為篩檢感染的一項技術。額溫量測由於快速與簡易應用,已被廣泛使用。然而此種非接觸式額溫計的使用性能未有明確規範。台灣對於紅外線溫度計應用於耳溫與額溫的兩種量測作業尚未制定國家規範。在此研究中參考官方“體溫計檢定檢查技術規範”,提出紅外線額溫計性能檢定技術,並且以十二種廠牌紅外線額溫計進行測試,用以提出適用醫學要求之建議草案。以準確性0.5℃,精準性0.5℃與敏感性>0.9為暫定評估標準。研究結果發現十二型商業額溫計無法合乎此暫行標準。額溫計之重複性對於精密性能影響極大。量測數據必須增加至12次以上才有改善效果,在實際應用並不合乎要求。國內目前官方檢定標準僅有接觸式電子體溫計。額溫計因為因應疫情檢查需求,使用量大,急需制定適用之檢定標準。

Due to the coronavirus disease pandemic, temperature measurement has become a technology to screen for infection Forehead temperature measurement has been widely used because of its fast and easy application. However, the performance of such non-contact forehead thermometers is not clearly verficated. The national standard for the application of infrared thermometers to the two measurement operations of ear and forehead temperatures is not formulated in Taiwan. In this study, referring to the official "Technical Specifications for Verification and Inspection of Body Thermometers", the performance verification of infrared forehead thermometers was proposed. Twelve brands of infrared forehead thermometers were tested to propose draft recommendations for medical application. The tentative evaluation criteria are: accuracy 0.5℃, precision 0.5℃ and sensitivity >0.9. The results of the study indicated that 12 types of commercial forehead thermometers could not meet this provisional standard. The repeatability of the forehead thermometer has a great impact on the precision. The more than 12 times measurement are required to improve the precision, which does not meet the requirements in practical applications. The current official verification standard is only a contact electronic thermometer in Taiwan. Due to the large amount of use of forehead thermometers to response the epidemic inspections, it is urgent to formulate a performance verification standards.
