紅外線熱像技術在設備安全評估的開發和應用研究

摘要


面對未來自由化競爭的環境下,提高產能和降低成本是必然的趨勢,而現有設備的安全性和適用性亦是大家所關切的課題,如何在顧及工安前提下,提高設備使用率,發揮產值效益,一直是煉製設備安全評估研究努力的目標,本研究嘗試將紅外線測溫原理和熱像解析的技術應用在設備線上預知檢測和安全評估工作上,同時整合不同領域的專業技術包括材料、熱傳和電腦解析等,成功地運用在現場新產品生產、節能、工程品管和檢修業務上,其中包括98汽油生產加熱爐提溫作業,重組爐爐壁更換工程、冷壁型反應器內襯耐火層檢修和管線堵塞的偵測等,結果顯示在提昇製程產品品質、節省能源、降低檢修成本和設備安全等方面均獲致明顯效益,是一項值得推廣的預知保養技術。

Application of IR thermal image technique in the operation reliability of refinery plants The High production and cost-reducing were one demand for refinery plant. But the fitness and safety of equipment were concerned. How to ensure the operation reliability of plants is a important issue. In this paper, a technique of equipment, the IR thermal image combined with materials, heat transfer and life prediction, were developed. It was successfully applied in the production of 98 gas oil, evaluation of thermal insulated and pipeline plug. The main benefits include the production of new product, energy saving, and the cost-reducing in inspection/maintenance. The IR thermal image technique is a useful tool for predictive maintenance.
