有機鳳梨生產成本與收益之研究

The Production Costs and Revenues of Organic Pineapple

摘要


鳳梨為重要熱帶水果,營養豐富,栽植模式較能規模化生產且具外銷潛力,與其他有機果品類相比,其採取單一品項栽培之比例較高,為利政府有機農業政策規劃及產業輔導,本研究運用2020年「有機農場作物栽培經營與效益之研究」資料,針對於2018年種植或2019年收穫之有機鳳梨55戶農民的生產投入產出與收益情形進行分析,並與一般鳳梨的栽培方法(通常稱為慣行農法)經營成本收益比較。經調查統計得知有機鳳梨平均每公頃產量為25,500公斤,低於慣行產量;平均每公斤生產成本為30.0元,平均每公斤售價為54.9元,此等均高於慣行成本與售價;有機鳳梨農家每公頃農家賺款(含自家勞動報酬及設算之地租與利息)為740,245元。

Pineapple, which is full of nutrition, is an important tropical fruit. Pineapple can be produced on large scale and have potential in export markets. Compared with other organic fruit, pineapple has a relatively high proportion of single item cultivation. In order to provide the reference data which will help plan the organic agriculture policy and carry out industry promotion for the agricultural authority, the survey data of "A Study On Crops Cultivation and Revenues of Organic Farms in 2020" will be adopted. There were 55 respondents who had planted organic pineapple in 2018 and had harvested in 2019. This study are to analyze the production inputs and outputs of organic pineapple farming. The results will be compared with the conventional pineapple farming. The statistical results show that the production quantities of per hectare pineapple were 25,500kg. These quantities were lower than those of conventional planting pineapple. The per kilogram production cost was NT$30.0. And, the per kilogram farm price was NT$54.9. These kinds of cost and price were higher than those of conventional planting pineapple. And the per hectare pineapple family income, including family labor remuneration, land rents, and capital interest, of organic pineapple was NT$740,245.
